Who we are

We are a sourcing and export service. We buy goods from manufacturers in China on behalf of buyers abroad and load them at a Chinese port.

What we collect

Three things, and nothing else.

• What you type into a quote request: your name, email address, phone number, and where you want the goods delivered. A WhatsApp number and a company name if you give them. Whatever you write in the message, along with the products and quantities you attach to it.
• What your browser sends when you visit: your IP address and browser details reach our server logs, and anonymous page counts reach Cloudflare Web Analytics. Cloudflare Web Analytics sets no cookie and builds no profile of you.
• Your first page on this site, the referring website origin when supplied, and campaign parameters such as source, medium and search term. We keep these in this tab for the visit and attach them to enquiries, quote-form opens and WhatsApp taps. Recognised AI referrals also contribute to aggregate arrival counts. We do not store the referring page path or query in this attribution.

Why we use it

To answer your quote request. Your contact details are used to reply to you and to negotiate the order, and for nothing else.

To understand which search engines, AI assistants, referring sites, campaigns and first pages bring enquiries. A WhatsApp tap does not confirm a conversation or sale, and a source tag does not prove an AI recommendation.

We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing email to people who did not ask for it.

Who else sees it

Our own staff, and three kinds of outsider.

• The manufacturers we ask to price your order. To quote a machine we have to tell them what you want, how many, and to which port. We pass on the request, not your contact details, unless you ask us to introduce you directly.
• The companies that run the site for us: our database and hosting providers, and the analytics service named above. They handle the data on our instruction and for no purpose of their own.
• Anyone a law obliges us to tell, which in practice means a lawful demand from a competent authority.

Cookies and what is stored on your device

This site sets no cookies at all. Nothing here follows you to another website.

Three things are kept by your own browser, readable only by this site, and all of them disappear when you clear your browsing data.

• Your chosen language and currency, so the site opens the way you left it.
• The request list you build while browsing, so it survives a reload before you send it.
• The visit attribution described above and a flag to avoid counting an AI arrival repeatedly. These are held in session storage for the visit and removed when you close the tab.

How long we keep it

A quote request is kept while the enquiry is live and for up to 24 months after we last hear from you. If an order goes ahead, the commercial records that go with it are kept for as long as trade and tax rules require.

Ask us to delete an enquiry that went nowhere and we will delete it. Server logs are kept briefly and then rotated away. The traffic statistics are aggregate and hold nothing that identifies you.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write from the address you used and we will answer within 30 days.

If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the GDPR also gives you the right to object to how we use your data, to receive a copy of it in a portable form, and to complain to your national data protection authority. Our lawful basis for handling a quote request is that it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract. For the source measurement described above it is our legitimate interest in understanding which channels bring enquiries.

Changes to this page

When this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. There is no archive of earlier versions, so a printed copy is worth keeping if the detail matters to you.
