50,000-layer poultry equipment from China: budget

Budget separately for the poultry building and the equipment inside it. Our near-50,000-layer equipment example is specified for 48,800 hens in an 84 × 15 m house; the separate building listing is for 50,000 birds and measures 85.2 × 15 m. Their prices are useful starting points, but the two designs need to be coordinated before a combined project is quoted.

Indicative prices come from the current catalogue. Totals use prices before display rounding. An unavailable item or a quantity below its current minimum needs a fresh quote. No combined total is shown: the two designs have different dimensions and capacities.

Why the building price cannot simply be added

The equipment is designed around an 84 × 15 m house. The separate DBW-B01 building kit is 85.2 × 15 m. A designer needs to coordinate columns, openings, aisles and equipment; adding two catalogue prices does not establish compatibility.

The equipment listing specifies three 40 ft high cube containers; the building listing specifies four containers. These are two independent offers, not an agreed combined loading plan. Freight follows the approved packing plan.

Costs outside the equipment scope

  • Land, earthworks, foundations and local approvals.
  • The building, erection, unloading and lifting equipment.
  • Freight, insurance, customs and transport from the port.
  • Incoming power, water treatment based on a local water test, and backup supply.
  • Equipment installation, commissioning, training and agreed spare parts.
  • Birds, feed, staff and working capital.

Information for a coordinated quotation

Send your exact flock capacity, country and port, site climate, electrical supply, water conditions and whether a building already exists. The equipment example specifies 380 V, three-phase, 50 Hz; another supply needs confirmation in the offer.

For exactly 50,000 layers, request resized equipment, a revised layout and a compatible building specification. Separate supply, installation, commissioning and training in the quote, with responsibilities and acceptance criteria for each.

Questions buyers ask

Is this a turnkey farm for exactly 50,000 laying hens?

No. The equipment example is for 48,800 layers and the building example is separately specified for 50,000 birds. A coordinated layout, building specification and installation scope are needed for a firm project quote.

Are the building and foundation included in the equipment price?

No. The equipment listing excludes the building, foundations and erection work. The separate building listing is a fabricated steel kit for assembly on your own foundation.

Can this be used to estimate profit or payback?

The equipment price alone is insufficient. A business plan also needs local construction and labour costs, birds, feed, energy, veterinary costs, mortality assumptions, output and selling prices. Those figures are outside this sourcing budget.

Do I pay anything on this website?

No. The site takes no payment and holds no deposit. A request for quote creates no obligation, and nothing is charged until terms are agreed directly with a sourcing manager.
