Furniture prices depend on the material, the exact pieces included and the order terms. In Hayk’s CIFF Guangzhou video, a sofa is discussed at $1,455 with the supplier’s higher-grade leather and about $820 with its basic leather. A dining table and a chair are priced separately. These exhibition examples show what to clarify before comparing quotes.

USD figures below are statements made in the source video, tied to the items and configurations shown. Availability, order quantity, packing and today’s price need confirmation. The video is in English; the notes on this page are translated.
| Example and source | Price discussed | What to check before buying |
|---|---|---|
| Sofa: leather changes the price 00:51–01:32 | $1,455 for the higher-grade leather; about $820 for the basic leather, according to the seller. Discussed as FOB. | Ask for the upholstery specification and which surfaces it covers. Keep the size, frame, filling and order quantity the same when comparing material options. |
| Dining furniture: table and chair are separate 03:55–04:57 | A 2.4 m table: $317. One chair: $44. Discussed as FOB; this is not a complete dining-set price. | Get an itemised quote. Write down the table size and the number of chairs rather than assuming that every piece in the display is included. |
| Bedroom set: look at the finish 23:13–23:40 | $346 for four pieces in the preceding conversation. Hayk then points out that the doors do not close completely. | This is one displayed sample. Ask for photos and video of the finished goods, including door alignment, joints, surfaces and packaging, before loading. |
The sofa example is useful because the seller connects the price difference to the leather choice. It does not establish that every sofa at $820 or $1,455 has the same construction or quality. Ask for a model code, dimensions, material details and photos with each quote.
A display can also contain optional pieces. The dining example gives two separate unit prices. For a café or restaurant, confirm the chair count, table sizes and layout before using a showroom price in your budget.
Keep the goods, freight and destination costs as separate lines. A furniture freight estimate needs the packed volume and weight, the quantities and the destination port. A low unit price alone does not tell you the cost of receiving the order.
The 40-seat café guide below shows how quantities turn catalogue unit prices into a furniture budget. Use it as a planning example; ask for a quote for the actual models and shipment you want.

Send the video timestamp, a screenshot, the quantity and your destination port. We will check whether that exact item is available and request a current quote. The figures in this report were discussed in a video published on 19 March 2026; they are not current offers from our catalogue.
The sofa and dining examples are discussed as FOB China prices. Treat sea freight, destination charges, import duty, clearance and inland delivery as separate items to confirm in a written quote.
An exhibition conversation shows the products and what a seller said at that moment. A factory check, inspection of finished goods and a completed delivery are separate steps. This report documents an exhibition visit.
